What is your cancellation policy?

Booking Fees are non refundable. Cancellations up to 7 days prior to training may result in you needing to pay another booking fee upon rebooking. Due to covid19 cancellations are acceptable and rebooking without a 2nd fee is acceptable. This also applies when a national lockdown happens. You will not loose your booking fee it will just be rescheduled at a later date.

How can I apply for financial help?

We are currently using LayBuy as a source of course funding. This is subject to credit checks and credit limit. If you wish to get help paying for your courses please contact us and we can help you with your application.

Do you have international programs?

All courses are nationally recognised courses. All courses are accredited with either ABT Insurance or CPD. Please check with your insurance that they cover these awarding bodies.

I do not have any beauty or medical background can i still do the injectables course?

Yes. We will take you through your Pathways into aesthetics which covers everything you need to be able to start injecting. Giving you the relevant experience working with needles and the face.

Is their any after support?

Absolutely. We are always here for you when ever you need to contact us. You will have access to the tutors mobile number for any emergencies as well as any questions you need to ask.

Are The Beauty courses suitable for beginners?

Yes all the beauty courses are suitable for beginners and available for all students above the age of 16

What are the pre-requisites for the aesthetics training?

If you wish to do the Aesthetics courses there is the option to take the Pathways into Aesthetics. If you have a level 3 beauty, Level 3/4 microblading or SPMU or similar you do not need to take the pathways. If you are from a medical background you do not need anything else, you can go straight into Dermal fillers and Botox. You must also be over the age of 18 for legal reasons.
